School Packs · free with the Suite

Every folder the school asks for,
from one GotPhoto export.

The teachers want their class photos. The yearbook wants the PSPA set. The office wants photos its records system will import, at its size and named its way. School Packs takes the one export you already download and writes all of it, sorted into a folder per delivery, straight into the school's Google Drive folder or a .zip. Set a school up once and it's the same two clicks every time, including after makeup day.

School Packs comes with every ClassPhoto Suite license at no extra charge. Not ready for the Suite? Try School Packs free for 30 days: sign up with your email address and your trial key comes by email. Already have the Suite? Open School Packs.

What one school's pack looks like. Every delivery gets its own folder and a Read me.txt.

One export in, each delivery the way that school wants it.

Teacher folders. A folder per teacher, full size, each photo named First Last, ready to share with the staff.

The yearbook set. The photos with a PSPA Index.txt, the file yearbook software reads to know which photo is whose.

The school's records system. Presets for RenWeb/FACTS (182 × 228 JPG, named by School ID) and Synergy (100 × 125 PNG, named by student ID, a folder per site). Or set your own: size, trim, file type, a file-size limit, a file name built from first, last, ID, grade, teacher and class in any order, and folders by class, grade or teacher. A name that needs a student ID is skipped for a student who has none, never guessed.

Makeup day. Drop the makeup export in after the first one. Students already there get their new photo; anyone new is added. Students the school opted out are left out, and remembered for that school.

Several sites, one pack. A school with a GotPhoto job per site gets one pack, with each delivery split by site.

Export, drop it in, save.

Everything runs in your browser. The photos never leave your computer.

School Packs questions.

Can I try School Packs first, or buy it on its own?

You can try it free for 30 days. Sign up with your email address and a trial key comes by email. It opens the whole of School Packs on one computer, not a sample, so you can deliver a real school with it. On day 31 the key stops working.

After that, School Packs comes with the ClassPhoto Suite; it is not sold on its own. The other tools in the Suite have a free sample mode, so you can try the rest of the Suite on your own export too: start from the home page.

Which photo platforms does it work with?

GotPhoto. Its student data export (PSPA format, with the CSV) is the one School Packs has been built and tested on. If you use something else, send us a sample export and we'll tell you honestly whether it reads it.

GotPhoto's CSV has parents' emails and phone numbers in it. Where do those go?

Nowhere. School Packs reads only the name, grade, class, teacher and student ID from Student_data.csv. Parents' contact details, access codes and barcodes are never read in as student data, so no folder, file name or names list can contain them. The photos are processed in your browser and are never uploaded.

Why does saving into a folder only work in Chrome and Edge?

Those are the browsers that let a web page write into a folder you choose. In Safari and Firefox, School Packs makes the same pack as a single .zip to download instead.
